  • Rebuilt a Modbus RS-485 schematic to fix signaling issues and stabilize inter-residence comms for PoC testing.
  • Wrote I2C, UART, and GPIO drivers on ESP32 and Arduino for 20+ real-time sensors at under 50 ms latency.
  • Built an MQTT pipeline that streamed lab telemetry into a Prometheus backend.
  • Improved hardware–software integration and extended reliable Modbus range to 1.2 km.

  • Routed a flight-ready STM32 bulkhead PCB in KiCad for data acquisition and control in high vibration.
